MEL strongly believes in the development of the communities around its areas of operations, as a key factor for its sustainable growth. It follows a well-defined CSR Programme aimed at addressing the needs of these communities and bringing in socio – economic development for uplifting the living standards of people in Sinazongwe District as a whole and in other areas where the company conducts its business.

The Company’s CSR initiatives focus on Education, Health, Infrastructure Development and Sports.
